Data Analyst

About the Role

As a Data Analyst at GoTwende, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You'll work with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand user behavior, optimize conversion rates, and improve the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior and booking patterns
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Conduct A/B tests and measure experiment results
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and metrics
• Build predictive models for demand forecasting

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Statistical analysis and A/B testing knowledge
• Excellent communication of complex data insights

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
• Previous work in e-commerce or travel industry
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
