Partnership Manager - East Africa

About the Role

As our Partnership Manager for East Africa, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with local tour operators, activity providers, and accommodation partners. You'll play a crucial role in expanding our offerings and ensuring we provide authentic, high-quality experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard high-quality experience providers across East Africa
• Negotiate partnership agreements and pricing structures
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
• Ensure partner compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with marketing team on partner promotions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development or partnerships
• Strong network within the East African tourism industry
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of additional local languages
• Previous experience in travel technology
• Understanding of digital marketing
