More than 7 days before activity

Cancel your booking for free up to 7 days before the scheduled activity date and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
3-7 days before activity
50%
Refund
Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the activity date are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers operational costs incurred by the activity provider.
1-2 days before activity
25%
Refund
Late cancellations within 1-2 days of the activity receive a 25% refund. Most preparation costs have already been incurred by this time.
Less than 24 hours or no-show

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or no-shows are not eligible for refunds, as resources have been fully committed.
If an activity is cancelled by the provider due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Medical emergencies with proper documentation may qualify for full refunds regardless of timing. Contact our support team with relevant medical documentation.
If an activity provider cancels your booking for any reason, you will automatically receive a full refund within 5 business days.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection. Many policies cover cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our standard policy.
Sign in to your GoTwende account and navigate to your bookings dashboard where you can view all upcoming activities.
Find the activity you wish to cancel and click on it to view the booking details and cancellation options.
Click the 'Cancel Booking' button and follow the prompts. You'll see the applicable refund amount based on the cancellation timeline.
Review the cancellation details and confirm your request. You'll receive an email confirmation with your cancellation reference number.
Once processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Check your email for refund confirmation and tracking details.
Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted through your GoTwende account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Email confirmations of cancellation will be sent within 24 hours of processing.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
For international bookings, refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Exchange rate fluctuations between booking and refund may result in slight differences.
