We're sorry to see you go. Here's what you need to know about deleting your GoTwende account.
Before You Delete
- Please consider:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You'll lose access to your booking history
- Any pending bookings must be completed or cancelled first
- Unused credits or vouchers will be forfeited
- Your reviews and ratings will remain anonymous
What Gets Deleted
- When you delete your account:
- Personal information (name, email, phone)
- Payment methods
- Saved preferences
- Wishlist items
- Account login credentials
What Remains
- For legal and business purposes, we retain:
- Transaction records (for 7 years as legally required)
- Anonymized reviews you've written
- Communications related to bookings
How to Delete Your Account
- Ensure you have no pending bookings
- Log into your account
- Go to Settings > Account
- Scroll to 'Delete Account'
- Enter your password to confirm
- Select a reason (optional)
- Click 'Permanently Delete Account'
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Cooling-Off Period
- After requesting deletion:
- You have 14 days to change your mind
- Simply log in to cancel the deletion
- After 14 days, deletion is final

- Temporarily deactivating instead
- Adjusting email preferences
- Contacting support about specific concerns
