How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? No worries—resetting it takes just a few minutes.

Reset via Email

1. Go to the login page
2. Click 'Forgot Password'
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox for the reset link
5. Click the link (valid for 1 hour)
6. Create a new password
7. Log in with your new password

Didn't Receive the Email?

• If you don't see the reset email:
• Check your spam or junk folder
• Verify you entered the correct email
• Wait a few minutes and try again
• Try an alternative email if you have multiple accounts

Password Requirements

• Your new password must:
• Be at least 8 characters long
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include at least one number
• Include at least one special character
• Be different from your previous password

Social Login Users

If you signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple, you don't have a GoTwende password. Simply log in using the same social account you registered with.
