Find and access your booking confirmation and tickets
Your booking confirmation contains all the important details you need for your activity. Here's where to find it.
Email Confirmation
Immediately after booking, we send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account. Check your inbox and spam folder.
In Your Dashboard
Log into your GoTwende account and go to Dashboard > Bookings. All your upcoming and past bookings are listed there with full details.
What's Included in Your Confirmation

Download Your Voucher
You can download a PDF voucher from your booking details. We recommend having a digital or printed copy ready to show at check-in.
Didn't Receive Your Confirmation?
If you can't find your confirmation: 1. Check your spam/junk folder 2. Verify the email address on your account is correct 3. Look in your Dashboard > Bookings 4. Contact support with your booking reference if you have one
