Staying in touch with your activity provider ensures a smooth experience. Here are the ways you can communicate with them.
Through the GoTwende Platform
The easiest way to contact your provider is through our built-in messaging system. Go to Dashboard > Bookings, select your booking, and click 'Message Provider'. All conversations are saved for your reference.
Contact Information in Your Confirmation
Your booking confirmation email includes the provider's phone number and email address. You can reach out directly for urgent matters or last-minute questions.
What to Ask Your Provider
