How do I modify my booking?

Need to make changes to your booking? Here's how to modify your reservation.

What Can Be Modified

• Depending on the activity and timing, you may be able to modify:
• Date and time
• Number of guests
• Add-ons and extras
• Special requests

How to Request a Modification

1. Go to Dashboard > Bookings
2. Select the booking you want to modify
3. Click 'Modify Booking'
4. Make your desired changes
5. Review any price differences
6. Confirm the modification

Modification Deadlines

Most bookings can be modified up to 24-48 hours before the activity. Check your specific booking's modification policy for exact deadlines.

Price Differences

If your modification results in a price change: - Price increase: You'll need to pay the difference - Price decrease: The difference will be refunded to your original payment method

When Modifications Aren't Possible

• Contact the provider directly through our messaging system
• Reach out to our support team for assistance
• Cancel and rebook if within the free cancellation period
