How do refunds work?
Information about refund processing times and methods
If you're eligible for a refund, here's everything you need to know about how and when you'll receive it.
Refund Eligibility
- You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel within the free cancellation period
- Your activity is cancelled by the provider
- There's a significant change to your booking
- Special circumstances (case-by-case basis)
Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 7 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Refund Method
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
Partial Refunds
- In some cases, you may receive a partial refund:
- Cancellation after free cancellation period ends
- No-show with partial refund policy
- Partial participation in multi-day activities
Tracking Your Refund
You can check your refund status in Dashboard > Bookings. You'll also receive email updates when your refund is processed.
Why Haven't I Received My Refund?
If it's been longer than the expected processing time: 1. Check your original payment method statement 2. Contact your bank as they may have additional processing time 3. Reach out to our support team with your booking reference
