Our price guarantee ensures you get the best value when booking through GoTwende.
The Guarantee
If you find a lower price for the same activity, same date, and same conditions within 24 hours of booking, we'll refund the difference.
How It Works
- Book your activity on GoTwende
- If you find a lower price elsewhere within 24 hours
- Send us the link showing the lower price
- We'll verify and refund the difference
Requirements
- The lower price must be:
- For the exact same activity
- Same date and time
- Same number of guests
- Available to book immediately
- Not a member-only or special promotion price
How to Claim
- Email priceMatch@gotwende.com with:
- Your booking reference
- Link to the lower-priced listing
- Screenshot showing the price
- We'll process your claim within 48 hours.
