The partner dashboard makes it easy to manage all your bookings in one place.
Booking Notifications
- When you receive a booking:
- Instant email notification

Viewing Bookings
Access your bookings: 1. Log into the partner dashboard 2. Go to 'Bookings' 3. Filter by date, status, or activity 4. Click any booking for details
Booking Statuses
Understand different statuses: - Pending: Awaiting your confirmation (request-to-book) - Confirmed: Ready to go - Completed: Activity has taken place - Cancelled: Booking was cancelled - No-show: Guest didn't arrive
Confirming Bookings
For request-to-book activities: 1. Review the booking details 2. Check availability 3. Click 'Confirm' or 'Decline' 4. Add any notes for the guest 5. Guest receives confirmation automatically

Modifying Bookings
- If changes are needed:
- Contact the guest through messaging
- Agree on changes
- Request modification through dashboard
- Guest confirms the change
- Updated voucher is issued
Handling Cancellations
When guests cancel: - Automatic notification received - Refund processed per your policy - Availability automatically reopens
