Payment Flow
- Guest books and pays GoTwende
- We hold the payment securely
- Activity takes place
- Payment released to you (minus commission)
- Funds transferred to your account
Payout Schedule
Standard payouts: - Weekly payouts every Monday - For activities completed in the previous week - Processing time: 2-5 business days - Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
Premium partners: - Daily payout option available - Lower thresholds - Priority processing
Payment Methods
Available options: - Bank transfer (preferred) - PayPal - Mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN, etc.) - Check (select regions)
Setting up: 1. Go to Settings > Payout Methods 2. Add your preferred method 3. Verify account details 4. Set as primary
Commission Structure
How it works: - GoTwende commission: 15-20% - Deducted automatically from bookings - Clear breakdown in every payout - No hidden fees
Understanding Your Statements
Payout statements include: - Booking details and dates - Gross booking amount - Commission deducted - Any adjustments - Net amount paid
Handling Refunds
If a booking is refunded: - Deducted from upcoming payout - Shown clearly in statement - Contact support if disputed
Tax Information
Important notes: - GoTwende doesn't withhold taxes - You're responsible for local tax obligations - Download annual statements for records - VAT invoices available on request
