How do I get an invoice?
Requesting and downloading invoices for your bookings

Need an invoice for your booking? Here's how to access and download it.
Accessing Your Invoice
- Log into your GoTwende account
- Go to Dashboard > Bookings
- Select the booking you need an invoice for
- Click 'Download Invoice'
Invoice Contents
- Your invoice includes:
- Booking reference number
- Activity details and date
- Price breakdown
- Taxes and fees
- Payment method (last 4 digits)
- Our company details for your records
Business Travel
If you need a VAT invoice or invoices formatted for expense reports, select 'Business Travel' during checkout and enter your company details.
Invoice Not Available?
- If you can't find your invoice:
- Check that the booking is confirmed (not pending)
- Wait 24 hours after booking for the invoice to generate
- Contact support if the invoice is still unavailable
